One of two comfortable holiday apartments are located in a holiday home newly built in 2009 on a 500 sqm recreational plot in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. To the beach approx. 2 km, to the nearest restaurant approx. 300 m. The apartment is equipped with living/dining room (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, radio, wood-burning stove), complete kitchenette with electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each, children's travel bed can be added), shower/WC and central heating. There is a balcony, barbecue area, children's playground and car park. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy consumption and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

This holiday apartment has a size of 60 sqm and is located on the upper floor. The 2nd bedroom is located in the attic (via stairs). The apartment has a balcony.

Karlshagen in the northern part of the island of Usedom has developed into a Baltic seaside resort only a few years ago. In the village there are various restaurants, shopping facilities, harbour with boat traffic, cycle path. Riding centre, tennis, bowling approx. 2.5 km. Beautiful sandy beach.
