It is located 2 steps from the city center of Doué la fontaine, 12km from Saumur or 37 minutes from Angers.
Its 70 m2 of living space can accommodate 5 people + 1 baby and the 300m2 of garden with trees and 1 small flowered terrace!
We love the restful soul of the neighborhood.
The village has 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 2 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, 3 restaurants (2 local specialties, 1 pizzeria, 1 kebab and 1 Mediterranean).
The house is suitable for 5 adults and 1 baby (travel cot and baby equipment to be requested when booking)
For bed linen, towels, dish towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
