La Pointe de Diamant, large modern and spacious cottage.
In the heart of the vineyards, halfway between Angers and Saumur.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family. Our cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
It has many facilities for young and old.
Library with various books for everyone, table football, pinball, overhead projector with large screen to view photos or do karaoke, an electronic dartboard, games for the little ones...

Fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, raclette and fondue machine, food processor...
It has 3 bedrooms.
2 with bed 140, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed.
2 bedrooms have a TV.
There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is a separate toilet.
Electric heaters and heat pump.
Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board in the linen area.
