This separately fenced holiday home for up to 3 people is located in the village of Wiek on the owner's approx. 2,000 m² residential property. The quietly situated property is only a few minutes' walk from Wieker Bodden with its harbour, restaurants and shopping facilities, and about 5 km from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. There is another holiday home for up to 4 people on the property. Renovated in 2022, the centrally heated, approx. 40 m² non-smoking holiday home has a living room (sofa bed, flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player, DVD player, dining area) with a small open kitchen area (2-ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave), a bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) and a bathroom. (shower, WC). There is also a furnished terrace (smoking is permitted and bicycles can be parked here), a car park on the property, a covered fish cleaning area, an additional freezer (for anglers only) and a cot on request. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the total price. To be paid on site: Water, electricity and heating according to consumption and visitor's tax. A small dog (up to 40 cm in height) is allowed in this property.



Wiek is located on the Wittow peninsula, which is on Germany's largest island, Rügen. The famous pirate Klaus Störtebeker is said to have wreaked havoc in the historic seafaring village directly on the Wieker Bodden, and today Wiek, with its traditional harbour and restored chalk bridge - the village's landmark - offers maritime flair with various shopping facilities, restaurants, boat and bicycle hire and a surfing school. Kitesurfing and the new trend sport of stand-up paddling can be learnt here, while the White Fleet passenger ships depart from Wiek Marina to the island of Hiddensee and the harbour festival attracts many guests in summer. A 6-hole golf course and a riding stable are in the immediate vicinity, beautiful beaches on the Schaabe or in Dranske are about 8-9 km away, and the famous Cape Arkona is about 10 kilometres away.
