The exclusive, 110-square-meter, sun-drenched Bernstein apartment on the top floor is the highlight of Haus Strandgut. It features two panoramic balconies from which you can enjoy the evening sunset with a glass of wine. The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished, inviting you to feel at home and relax. A love of nature is reflected in the unique decor, featuring finds from the beach.


The cozy living-dining area features real wood furniture and direct access to the balconies. From here, you can enjoy watching the boat traffic, the hustle and bustle of the harbor, or simply the unobstructed view across the Wieker Bodden all the way to Hiddensee. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave—leaving nothing to be desired.
The spacious bedrooms, each with a large double bed, offer plenty of room for 4 people. A fifth sleeping spot would be possible on the couch in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement. The bathroom features underfloor heating and a walk-in glass shower.

A smart room ventilation system with heat recovery ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times without the need for additional ventilation (especially suitable for people with allergies).
