About this apartment rental
Beautifully renovated 1920’s Deco Duplex. Located 1 mile from downtown Historic Hot Springs and close to world class Northwoods Mountain Biking.
Step inside and be transported to a bygone era, as our carefully decorated craftsman home pays homage to the dazzling 1920s deco style, where fun, debauchery, and gambling were the order of the day.
5 min bike ride to Bathhouse Row and Northwoods Trailheads and local shops on Park Ave
10-minute drive to Magic Springs Theme Park.
The space
Convenient location to everything in HSNP. Cheerful, well decorated, fun space with 1920s Art Deco vibe!
This unit is equipped with 2 bedrooms & 3 beds. All bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the main floor.
Spacious yard and shared front patio with two separate sitting areas, but it’s communal.
Space for 2 cars to park.

Recommend car or bike to get to bathhouse row. Walk is doable, but probably not preferable.
Other things to note
Please note, this is an old house in a National Park. We do have a pest service, HOWEVER, sometimes nature finds its ways indoors. Just let us know so we can either get our handyman on the case or have pest services out as soon as they are able. Again, I repeat, this is in a National park, if nature isn’t your thing, you might want to stick with a hotel so there are less entry points for critters.
At times, the internet in Hot Springs can be unreliable, leading to occasional outages. It's crucial to bear in mind that the owner will not be held financially responsible for these uncontrollable disruptions.
