The location and apartment itself are pretty nice. Private Parking is available for the guests as well. Checkin process is a breeze and the hosts are really responsive, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for us when we needed their help after we forgot something at the apartment, which was really nice of them.

The two things that I didn’t like were one of the bedroom is kind of far away from the bathroom as you have to go through the living room and kitchen to get to bathroom. Second, the property is on the pricier side and I think that could be a little lower.

Great location within easy walking distance to the historic Bathhouse Row and all of the stores, shops, and theaters. Clean and modern 2 bedroom apt with full kitchen and living room. Highly recommend.

Brand new apartments. Everything you need to be comfortable. Great parking. Everything well lit. Never worried or felt unsafe. EXCELLENT LOCATION. 2 minute walk to convention center. 4 minute walk to bath house row. (I walk leisurely) close to MANY restaurants. Door dash easy. Short drive to grocery or pharmacy. On site managers are so friendly and helpful. Plenty of room. I have stayed at hotel hot springs and embassy suites several times. I will always try to book here first. Cannot say enough good things about these accommodations. Communication and check in super easy!!!

There was nothing to complain about. There is a lot of light from outside, but sleep mask were provided. There was NO issues. I liked everything.
