Nice property, quite street & walkable to downtown area
Front yard & street edging desperately need mowing & maintenance and rear entrance & yard need work

I loved the location of this house. I could walk everywhere I needed to.
The stairs were super loud. With three couples staying there, it was a little annoying because it was so loud when people went up and down the stairs.

Great location, plenty of room.
The front door was loud, probably just needs adjusting. Need a cork screw too. Luckily, one of our friends had one.
