Walk in through the front door to the living room with seating for guests, smart TV, board games, and a dedicated workspace. Off of the living room is the kitchen and a door that leads you to the backyard. Between the kitchen and living room is a hallway that leads you to the bedrooms and the bathroom.

The house was very clean and it had everything we needed.

House was clean and beds were comfortable, but there were a lot of gaps in the floor boards. Sleeps six but there are only dishes and chairs for four. Proximity to Boat House Row was a quick walk, which we loved but wow the number of cats in the neighborhood was crazy. Neighbors were all very friendly - got to meet and hold the neighbor’s chickens.

Great place. Quiet. Neighborhood is ok but could use neighborhood improvement. It’s an older neighborhood but can’t beat the location to everything!!

The neighbor has 30 cats, we had several issues with people messing with our cars or knocking on the doors at 6am one morning. Neighbor was shooting a raccoon.
