Tucked in the historic district, this recently-renovated home offers 2 bed/2 full baths, a sunroom with 1 full daybed, & a sofa just mins from downtown. Enjoy a cup of coffee on porch. Stroll through the historic neighborhood & enjoy various styles of architecture. Two min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike/bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino.

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Carriage House next door (also a rental of ours). Please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, and please don't block in vehicles you don't know. One street parking spot available directly in front of main home.

Yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

Our host was amazing! The check in and out process was simple. She was super friendly and provided clear instructions. House was super cute and in good area! Finding the driveway was tricky but Siri can be difficult at times….there were a few minor things that made our stay a bit less awesome. The property was clean on the surface but there was popcorn under the couch we found when we dropped the remote. There were also candy wrappers under the beds in two rooms. There was complimentary coffee, creamer, tea, and flavor packs to add to water; and a tiny jar of Nutella that may have been left by a previous occupant or maybe was complimentary. Either way it expired in November of 2025. These things are very minor and honestly are more on the cleaning service and would not impact me staying again. I did have one major concern and I would likely not stay at the house if I knew it was still an issue. The people in the house about ten feet away were smoking pot 24/7 while we were there. We could literally smell it as we opened the door to step outside and step into the smoke. It’s a shared driveway and there was literally no way to avoid the smoke or smell. That was an unwelcome activity going on while we were there. I don’t know if they were vacationing too or if they live in the house next door. They were friendly and waved each time we stepped outside and I have nothing negative to say about them beyond the marijuana use. Overall we enjoyed our stay minus the pot.

We traveled to Hot Springs for a Mother-Daughter trip. This little cottage provided the best location and perfect accommodation for the three of us. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed for our extended weekend away! We enjoyed going to the bath house, browsing the shops on Bath Row, eating at local restaurants, and exploring Garvan Woodland Gardens. 100% recommend the trip.

This was the perfect house for my family of 6! It had everything we needed for a week away. Games, extra towels and soap, plenty of toilet paper and trash bags, and lots of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you planning to spend time downtown.

We came for the 4th of July weekend and had a great time. This property is close to downtown and walking trails however, if is not close enough to walk.
