About this house rental
This home is perfect for a family getaway and is in a great location. Historic Downtown bathhouses, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino within a mile of this home. All-wood floors, large living room, large kitchen with all new appliances- gas stove, microwave, side by side fridge, dishwasher; new washer/dryer, central heat/air. The living room has seating for 6 comfortably, as well as the dining table. The 2 separate Queen size bedrooms have high quality memory foam mattresses & memory foam pillows. The Kids Room has a Twin over a full with a twin pull-out trundle bed. 6 beds including a Twin pull-out couch. The house is big enough to host 9 people comfortably. Smart TV's in the living room & kids bedroom. Books & some board games are provided upon request.
Enjoy playing with your dogs and family in the big fenced-in backyard. There's seating for 6 at the outside dining table or around the firepit. Lots of space for your friends and family to enjoy.
The location is truly amazing! Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino is less than a 4 minute drive or only a 15 minute walk to shuttle service. Also enjoy a walk to the Movie complex or Planet Fitness- just across the main road. The Big Chill Bar & Grill is just barely up the street. For grocery needs, Kroger is only a 2 minute car ride. The Convention Center is 7-10 minutes away depending on traffic. Boats can be launched onto Lake Hamilton at Sunnybrook Landing just 10 minutes away.
There is a NON-refundable pet deposit of $99 dollars paid for 2 dogs allowed with pre-approval before your visit. Additional dogs each cost $25 extra. We love dogs but please NO cats! No Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, or Rottweilers are allowed. Please clean up your pets' poop. Any unapproved or unpaid for pet will have to be removed & boarded elsewhere during your visit.

Check in was really easy, great communication from owner. This is a really nice home that still has its charm from the era it was built it’s like being in an antique house with all the new age amenities. Great quiet neighborhood close to the race track and down town but far enough away it’s quiet at night. Big back yard and enough beds for the whole family to sleep comfortably.

Place was clean and just lovely. Had a great time with my family and would highly recommend. House was close to the places we went to and communication was great with the host. Would totally rent here again.
