About this cottage rental
Kenvor is a spacious, detached bungalow in the delightful coastal village of Dinas Cross, Pembrokeshire. This superb location is within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is overlooked by the Preseli Hills. The property is great for multi-generation breaks, with no ground floor steps and is equipped with ramps for wheelchair access and a specially adapted shower room, so the whole family can relax and feel comfortable here. Kenvor is ideally placed within walking distance of a selection of pubs that serve great food and is within a mile of the beaches of Pwllgwaelod and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys. Newport is only three miles away, where you will find welcoming pubs, charming shops and sandy beaches, and Fishguard is only four miles from the cottage, with its daily ferries to and from Ireland.
You'll be spoilt for choice with how to spend your time, with a great selection of scenic coast path walks nearby and opportunities for golf, watersports and pony-trekking. There are several interesting towns, villages and historical sites only a short drive away, as well as the family attractions of Manor Wildlife Park, Folly Farm and Heatherton World of Activities.
Visit the beautiful coastal towns and villages of Tenby, Saundersfoot and Manorbier, as well as Pembroke Castle, the birthplace of Henry Tudor, all within an hour's drive from the cottage.
ACCOMMODATION
Kenvor sleeps 8 plus a cot in 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and a room with 3 single beds. All the accommodation apart from the room with 3 single beds is on the ground floor so may suit guests with restricted mobility
UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (bedroom access is via steep stairs)
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 2: double bed
Bedroom 3: twin beds, TV
Bedroom 4: single bed
Bathroom: bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin
Shower room: easily accessible shower suitable for the less mobile guest, raised toilet with handrails, mobile shower chair
Living room/sun room: two 3-seater sofas, TV, patio doors to the garden (mobile ramp)
Kitchen/diner: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, table seating 8, TV
Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer
Games room: dart board, multi games table (pool, football, foosball )
OUTSIDE
There is a level patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ as well as lawned areas at the front and rear of the bungalow. Easy access with a ramp to the entrance. Driveway parking for 4 cars.
