Very comfortable environment with extremely helpful staff and very lovely food.
A bit hot and stuffy in the bedroom- this is a problem everywhere at the moment, but a more powerful fan would have helped.

Good breakfast.
Lovely hotel
The Welsh language wasn’t very visible. Pity with the national Eisteddfod coming to the area too ! It’s so easy to use incidental Welsh , Diolch , croeso , dim problem , bore da , nos da .

A good stay. For evening meal, liked availability of small plates. Restaurant staff were attentive and helpful.
No air con. Fan provided in room was rather noisy and not particularly effective. Opening windows meant having to put up with noisy extractor fans of downstairs rooms.
