Minafon is a splendid detached stone-fronted cottage resting in Newport, Pembrokeshire. Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with balcony and en-suite shower room, a double, a ground-floor double with zip/link and a twin, along with a bathroom with hand-held shower and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden area with lawn, patio, seating. Minafon is an idyllic retreat for a family or group of friends to enjoy respite away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Electric Vehicles: This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Three stone steps down to the property from the parking area, please take care. Bike storage (for up to 4 bikes). Garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and fire pit. Please keep the gate at the bottom of the garden, which leads to the coast path, closed. Up to two-well behaved dogs welcome (additional charge applies) and dog basket provided. Sorry, no smoking.
