About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath with the amazing amenities in downtown Davenport. This unit is nestled up to the Mississippi River on the east side of downtown, with amazing in-unit views & even better views from the rooftop patio the 3rd floor.
This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience.
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.
Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.
Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they're too noisy.
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.
Absolutely NO PARTIES. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
We ask that you do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Thanks for your consideration!

We had a great time at The Nelson Lofts. The apartment was well furnished, spacious, and easy to settle in to. It's a safe and fun environment down by the river in Davenport. Tim was a friendly host and easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay there again on our next visit to Davenport.

Had a great stay in Tim’s loft! Had everything we needed - plus (my hot buttons!) - a really comfy bed / nice linens / very clean bathroom. Location has TONS of cute bars / restaurants to walk to as well, plus there was parking included. We did have a tv issue (burned out Roku) but Tim sent someone to fix it really quickly. Would highly recommend!
