This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard.

This apartment had everything we needed! 2 bedroom with a huge tv and king bed in one of them too! a nice size living room with Rokus on all 3 tvs. The kitchen also supplied us with everything we needed for 6 days. I would definitely recommend this affordable,clean, roomy home away from home if you need to stay in the area. We were also one minute away from the mississippi river too.

This was just a short weekend trip for my friend and I. It was a decent stay. It could have been a bit cleaner to my liking, but it wasn’t awful. My friend and I did end up buying a shower mat since the one in the shower/tub was a bit dirty and another pillow because the second bedroom only had two rather small ones.
The listing is pretty accurate. The host responded right away and was very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I’d mention is if you are not a friend of the devils lettuce, probably best to stay away. There was a significant daily weed smell that was pretty strong during night hours. We ended up buying some of those febreze small space things to put in the rooms to try to combat it.
Otherwise it was ok!
