About this apartment rental

Newly renovated, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath located on East 2nd St in Davenport, Iowa. Amazing in-unit views and even better views from the rooftop patio located on the 3rd floor (no elevator access to the patio).

This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience.

Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door.

Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River.

Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they`re too noisy.

Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there`s evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee.

Washer and dryer are coin operated, and located in the laundry room on the main hallway.

Absolutely NO PARTIES. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We ask that you do not take home any of the essential amenities provided to you throughout your stay (towels, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Thanks for your consideration!

The host was beyond accommodating and fantastic! Tim was great at communicating and he worked well when we figured out we weren’t able to utilize the original booking location! He definitely went well above and beyond to make us happy and ensure we had ample sleeping arrangements for my entire group! I would for sure work with him again any time I’m in the area! One of my favorite hosts I’ve ever dealt with! Thank you for being spectacular!!

We had a wonderful stay! Host was great and the unit was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen was great! The location was very convenient with plenty or restaurants and bars within walking distance.
