Beautiful cottage of the CorteViva Boutique residence between nature and art. In the cottage there is a bedroom with a king size double bed, a sofa bed which can also be a double bed, a kitchen, a complete bathroom with chromotherapy shower. Externally there is a porch where you can relax and eat. It is possible to use the park of the residence equipped with a 10 m x 5 m above ground swimming pool, a 6-seater Jacuzzi among the olive trees, a solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds and sofas. It is the perfect place to visit Umbria as it is central. Just 10 minutes by car you can reach Assisi and Perugia and in 15-20 minutes you can reach the most beautiful villages in Umbria (Spello, Bevagna, Foligno, Montefalco, Trevi, Lake Trasimeno, Montone etc). The international airport of Umbria is 1.5 km away and the E45 is 3 km away. At 800 meters there are two restaurants, at 30 meters there is a small supermarket. There are 15 restaurants within a 5 km radius. In the annex you can find everything you need from towels to sheets and blankets. There is a courtesy kit for the bathroom, hairdryer. The kitchen has everything you need from the microwave, to the induction hob, to the fridge, the coffee maker and all the crockery. Inside the annex you will find a free bottle of water and herbal tea upon arrival. There is free Wifi and parking. Possibility of daily cleaning.
