Lush holiday home in Thyholm

Spacious vacation home built in 1903 but extensively modernized in 2012. Located in picturesque surroundings on the small island of Jegindø in the Limfjord, with a view over the water and not far from the harbor. The vacation home extends over two floors. Downstairs there is a well-equipped, large living room with a double sofa bed and TV with a selection of German channels. The climate-friendly heat pump provides heat in the house if necessary. Kitchen with dishwasher, among other things. There is a large utility room where the washing machine and tumble dryer are installed. On the ground floor there is also a beautiful conservatory with wonderful views and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs in the attic there are two further bedrooms; one with a double bed and a cot, the other with a single bed. There is also an open loft with a double bed. For leisure fun, the conservatory has a so-called multi-table with 12 different games, including table soccer, table tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, etc. Outside, there are several terraces so that you can always find a sheltered spot. One terrace is screened off. No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
