About this house rental
Approx. 300 m from the large sandy beach and the North Sea is this well maintained holiday cottage built in brick with thatched roofs. The house is located on a 2,800 m2 plot and is due to its interior design very suitable for 2 or more families with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool and sauna, kitchen (from 2010) with dishwasher, large living room with wood-burning stove, stereo, TV with satellite, video, DVD player and direct access to enclosed terrace. The house is heated by electricity but is very economical with a heat pump as an auxiliary heat source.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
