Great camping for families, short drive to Legoland

The kids (6 & 8 years old) enjoyed themselves a lot on the playground and we had a nice cottage. In the shopstore you could buy different kinds of freshly baked breads. Very helpful staff as well. Legoland is under 30 minutes by car.

The shower was either cold or hot and quite difficult to get just right. A timer starts right when you turn on the shower with the idea of consuming less water (which i generally appreciate), but when you are using half that time to get the shower right, it gets annoying for a little bit.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean room. Great playground equipment and lots of things to do with the kids.

Walking distance from the railwaystation was little bit too much with the kids. Upper beds were little bit difficult to glimb in.

We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! It's a great place to stay. A clean and comfortable cottage with electric heating, gorgeous playground, excellent bathrooms making washing a small child really easy, well-equipped kitchen and the vicinity of a swimming pool which was free for us as we were the guests of the campsite. All these factors make us want to return to this fantastic place. Only this time we will stay there longer. Lots of great wishes to the wonderful hosts and workers of this friendly and welcoming place!

Staff and the owner was very nice and helpful. Good restaurant and nice playground, free entrance to the pool area.

The toilets were smelly all the time, cleaning was not done properly, not so many places to set up tent when you are aloud to choose own place every good place was taken, train/airplanes/busy street nearby and traffic running all day and night, hard to sleep. Kitchen had only 2 tables and was busy all the time. No fridge/freezer to borrow for tent campers was the worst thing. Showers and toilettes were integrated so toiletts were busy for 10-15 minutes.

I, apeared, a disexplanation, between. Booking.com`s. English, written in Danish. And vise versa. And full, charging. No Refunding, at all. Cancelation fee, etc.

That, there was, a directly dismatch. The Camping CDU i`m guiesing, the Property, and Booking. comm`s requierment

Nice place but we arrived so late that it was already dark and so was the camping area. A little more light outside would be great ☺️

Perfect family stay

Upon arrival, our kids disappeared and only came back when they got hungry! 😂 Seriously though, my kids will talk about “that place with the go carts and trampoline and playground” for a long time. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great proximity to the fun activities in Billund.

We paid a large deposit for cards to use at the pool next door, but only found out at the end of our stay upon return that we could only get the deposit back in cash. For Danes, this isn’t a big deal, but since we were leaving Denmark the day of checkout, it was quite inconvenient to have a large amount of cash in Danish Kronos. It was also challenging (though understandable) that the go carts required a coin to operate, as we didn’t have the right coin, but my daughter was able to negotiate her way to a go cart anyway!

Very comfortable and nice

We stayed in cabin No 3 for one night and it was perfect! The cabin was spotless clean, everything including the warm water worked well, comfortable mattresses. We loved the possibility of a toilet and sink ensuite although we used the shared bathroom which was clean, spacious and very modern equipped! Was a great experience to get so much hot water you want, without extra costs in the form of small coins that you have to insert. :-))) (We are used to this from many travels through Scandinavia). We loved, that the little cabins are in a very quiet corner of the big campsite, that is especially suitable for families with children (and therefore busy and probably not a quiet relaxation) ...

De camping, het speelgedeelte, leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Matrassen zijn vrij hard. Er is naast het picnickbankje maar 1 tuinstoel. 1 erbij zou fijn zijn.

Für einen Kurzurlaub genau das richtige… die Plätze sind nicht alle gerade, deswegen an Keile und paar Klötze denken.

Die Kinder waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und beschäftigt, ob Schwimmbad, Fußball oder Minigolf…

Campade med husvagn och är väldigt nöjd med anläggning. Perfekt för familjer som besöker Legoland.

Platserna för husvagn var i bra storlek och det var inte trångt på området. Wi-Fi fungerade bra! Utomhus badområde var toppen! Stor bassäng med hopptorn (5 meter), Mindre bassäng med liten rutchkana, samt en babypool. Bra omklädningsrum samt ytor runt badet med sittplatser och solstolar. Badet gratis för boende på campingen om man betalar 200 danska kronor för ett passerkort, som sedan återbetalas (obs! Återbetalning 200 ddk kontant!) Också mycket andra lekmöjligheter för barn med hoppkuddar och trampbilar etc. Väldigt nära till bra livsmedelsbutik.

Det hände att man fick köa till toaletterna vid tider då många ville göra sina behov, men skulle inte säga att det fanns få toaletter.
