The furnished double-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second room contains a double bed, while the third room has 2 single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The main and second bedrooms both open onto an enclosed balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and 2 dishwashers are available in the separate scullery. The living area opens onto a patio with outdoor seating and built-in braai facilities.
