The size of the unit, aircon and the modern finishes.
I expected with the price you pay per night; you will have sufficient coffee for 3 mornings, also milk 500ml not creamer, the unit will be serviced or at least the beds made and dustbins emptied. A bag of wood would also be nice.

It was incredible! 'Tents' (if you can even call them that as certainly more felt like our own little apartment) with uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. We had wild animals roaming around our tent. It came equipped with anything we could need during our stay. We even joined on the meerkat tour in the morning with JJ and had such a great time. It was so informative and a real once in a lifetime experience.

Great facilities. It’s modern and very comfortable.
We stayed in Unit 16 over the holidays and were very disappointed. The price we paid for what was marketed as a premium setup was not justified. The view did not match the photos at all. While the cargo net and deck are a nice concept, our actual view consisted of a barbed-wire fence, scattered construction rubble, and frequent tour groups on the meerkat safari driving right past our deck and staring at us - hardly private or relaxing. There was also no wood supplied on arrival. For a premium unit, even one complimentary bag of wood for the hot tub would have been a reasonable and appreciated touch. This stay was meant to be the highlight of an 8-day road trip, which is why we were willing to spend more. Unfortunately, we left underwhelmed and disappointed, especially when compared to other accommodations on our trip that offered unexpected luxuries at a fraction of the price.
