Unique and lovely accomodation. Peaceful and relaxing.
It wasn’t really geared for international travellers. None of the little toiletries like soap. As it was self cater you had to do quite a bit of shopping and if you wanted things like a salad or meat rub, you had to buy way more than you needed and leave it behind, unlike local visitors.

Did not have breakfast
Main gate not working. Meaning you as the guest had to get out of your car to open and close the gate. One of the days it was also raining meaning you got wet as well

The location is magnificent with stunning views, sounds of nature and tranquility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s great you can pre-order your braai, breakfast and wood, all delivered to your glamping tent.
We were staying in August, the nights are pretty chilly. The accommodation is well kitted out for colder days with a wood burner and electric blanket. In the morning it was fresh, but if you quickly get the burner going again it is super cosy and warm in no-time.

Standard Africamps and a beautiful view
Staff was not welcoming and unfortunately our tent did not have a tub or braai on the deck only a bona and that could not be used in the pouring rain
