Cooking equipment including baking trays, cutting board, blender, and a full array of spices and cooking oil. A highchair and kids plates and utensils are also included for your convenience.

For the safety of guests and the protection of our property, there is a Ring camera on the front door and above the garage entrances, facing outdoors only. Ring cameras are on 24/7 and record audio/video when activated with motion. Neither camera has a view inside the house.

Please be aware that this a new construction community and a brand new townhome. There might be construction crew in the community working during the daytime. However, this will be no impact for your house or stay. Thank you for your understanding.
