Villa boasts a private pool for those hot days and a fire pit for those cool nights. Amenity Center has kids water park, community pool, beach volleyball, mini golf & fitness center. Approximately 15 minutes from Disney World. Located in the exclusive Champions Gate community with grocery stores, restaurants & golf courses in close proximity. Well maintained property with a lot of room for families. The pool was great and it was nice to have a grill available.

When stripping beds at end of stay discovered bed bugs which had been responsible for many bites throughout the week on one of the couples in our party. We are waiting to hear back from the host on this since it was an uncomfortable situation. Other than some other lesser problems (some pots/pans not clean, some trash left by prior guest, and questioned gas smell behind pool area) the stay was good. The rooms were as depicted, the pre-stay communication with host was good, the responsiveness of manager was good, the amenities at Enclaves were good.
