Designed with families and groups in mind, 174 Festival combines the privacy of a vacation home with the fun of a resort stay. The fresh, updated interior feels bright and welcoming, while five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms give everyone plenty of space to spread out.

The open-concept main level keeps the group together, with a comfortable living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with seating. Large doors bring in natural light and lead straight to the screened pool patio.

Outside, your private pool is ready for sunny Florida afternoons, quick swims after the parks, or relaxed evenings at home. The covered patio also provides space to sit and enjoy meals or morning coffee by the pool.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
