There is a resort access RFID key next to the entrance. This key is needed to access the resort amenities. If you lose this key or fail to return it, a $165 replacement charge will apply.

I cannot express enough of how wonderful our stay was. The house was absolutely beautiful and so spacious, not to mention having our own private pool. It's definitely a perk that the community has a resort-style pool and mini-golf and arcade as well. And restaurants and markets are literally down the street (no more than 5 mins drive). Franklin was also a great host and very responsive and always got back to me right away. I definitely recommended this house for your next stay in Orlando, it is truly the best and ideal family-friendly home.

We had a group of 6 with 1 adult in a wheelchair. She stayed downstairs in a bedroom and the rest of us (couple) and 3 teens, stayed upstairs. We had such a wonderful experience. Allow a bit more time than normal if youre visiting disney or universal while construction is still going on. We had to allow an extra 5 to 20 mins depending on the time of day, but it wasn't an issue.
