About this house rental
Located 11 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 miles from Universal Studios, this spacious five-bedroom townhome is great for families and groups looking for the perfect home away from home. Home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children. Take advantage of the secluded screened lanai with a private outdoor pool and a propane grill to enjoy the Florida sun. Inside, this home features an open-concept living area that is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Get comfy on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite movies or series on the large smart TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a sparkling two-person center island. The entire main living space is on the first floor along with one private bedroom, equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site, high-speed WiFi, and central AC. Guests will have free access to the clubhouse where they'll find a gym, mini putt-putt golf, a pool, and a kids' play area. Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes (The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.).
Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).
BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
