From great access to the best beaches in Perth, to exploring the vibrant dining and entertainment scene along the esplanade and the hidden gems nestled across the suburb, there is something for everyone just moments away.
Within a 500m radius is your local grocer, bakery, wine cellar/bottle shop, local restaurants and bars, chemist & library. Walk to the Beach in 15-20 mins or hop on the bus located 200 meters from property that runs every 20mins! Additionally, a detailed guest book providing local recommendations and attractions will be left for you.
The villa is optimally located, you’re minutes from the beach or the city.

Enjoyed our stay, nice quiet location and very close to Scarborough Beach - 5min by car. Amenities were excellent including outdoor BBQ (we did not use) and nice restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this place to other guests.

Perhaps the best part of Seb’s wee abode is that, in our 20 plus years of staying in Perth holiday rentals, it is one of the quietest places you could ever stay at, in oh-so-busy Scarborough. It was close to our families and we thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to eateries and other cafes. Thanks for meeting us on our entry Seb, and for making our stay most enjoyable.
