Quiet neighborhood , so comfy and cozy, had every little thing we needed. Bed was pretty good, loved the screened in porch and outside area. Water was a little lower than expected but it was still good. What a great little fish camp. It was perfect for us. One thing thst I missed was having a toaster that would be an excellent add to this perfect camp. Owner was the best
