Heber Springs Arkansas Vacation Home.5 acres of Beautiful Pine Woods, relax. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or hot cocoa from the added refreshment bar. Large Front and Back yards with swing, benches and 2 fire pits. Free HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET. Wood floors, 3 bedrooms(3 Q-beds), 1 Q-air beds.Please do not take the air mattress outside,kitchen,living room,dining room,utility room with washer and dryer. Tiled bath area around tub with shower, hand rails for added safety, tall stool with wall hand rail. Carport.Charcoal grill,please do not grill on carport! Keep “bagged”trash in trash bins, “no loose trash”, to keep animals from tearing into it.
This home is not handicapped accessible.We do not have any surveillance devices in the home .
Plenty of parking space and close to all activities in Heber Springs and Greers Ferry Lake area. Little Red River encircles Industrial Park Road Area. Minutes from Lake, River, Sandy Beach, Damsite Marina, Sugarloaf Mt, ASU Campus, dining, grocery & shopping. Credit Cards accepted. Each bedroom has an on wall TV. Has child pack & play with mattress and sheets, a baby monitor on request, a child high chair. I discount for a 7 night stay, you pay $700. That’s a $120 discount! Please do not harm the deer that show up in my back woods! They give great pleasure to my guest to be able to see them. Please do not use water balloons, no sprinkler systems where water hose is connected to them and left running, no paint guns or air guns or live ammunition guns, no filling large plastic or inflatable pools, no car or boat washing on property. If you ever see a newborn fawn on the ground, please don’t move it, the mother will more than likely be back to take care of it. If not, call animal protection to have them save it . Thank you!

The property was cheerful and bright. The floors were very slippery for my dog. Runners in the hall way and bedroom would have helped. I used the bathroom rugs in those locations so she could walk. She literally could not get a grip otherwise. The front azelea was goregous.

Diana was more than welcoming and very easy to work with even though we changed our plans and added another day to our stay. The house was very clean and stocked with all the household goods needed. It is comfortable and surrounded by trees in the backyard.

This is the perfect place to get away and relax. The house was beautiful, clean, and organized. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. There was a variety of games for everyone. We will definitely stay here again.
