The large bedroom has a double bed (1.8 m) and a balcony
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (1.4 m), a sink, and a toilet.
The modern kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2 ceramic cooktops, range hood, coffee maker, etc. Dishes, glasses, pots, and kitchen utensils are also provided. If you need anything specific, please ask, and we’ll find a solution.
The living room features a dining area and a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.4 m)
and another large balcony (12 square meters) where you can dine or simply enjoy a cool drink while watching the sunset over the lake.

Allour apartments are modernly furnished and located on the eastern shore of Lake Millstatt, with a magnificent view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains. Approximately 300 meters from the lake as the crow flies. By car, it’s about 1.5 km and a 3-minute drive from the lake and Döbriach, where you’ll find all the amenities (restaurants, beach, shopping center, etc.). In another 10-minute drive, you can reach the largest town on the lake, Millstatt (6.5 km), or Radenthein (8 km). In other words, secluded and quiet, yet everything is within easy reach. You can also reach the World Cup ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in just 15 km. All of our apartments have either a garden terrace or at least one balcony. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation.
