We stayed the 4th of July weekend at the Lake House! We loved the modern day look and the comfort secluded in the woods! Woke up every morning with deer in the front yard! Such a beautiful place, highly recommend!

We rented the property to be close to our friends who were camping in Heber Springs. We aren’t campers, so we wanted a place with comfortable beds, AC, and an oven. We really enjoyed the fire pit and view of the woods and lake to have the outdoor feel of camping. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. No issues at all, but the host was way to get in contact with if needed.

This is a really nice 3 BR, clean, comfortable home on a lakeside piece of land. We were the first renters ever to use the house— 5 adults who came to view the eclipse. All the appliances, furnishings and decor are new. Kitchen equipment and table requirements were incomplete, but I am certain this will be addressed by the care takers in the near future. The resident care takers were immediately responsive to our concerns. I’m sure they will provide you with any item if you request it. Things we liked: The large open well-lighted living area. The beautiful covered deck with furniture and grill. The hot tub. The fabulous setting. The cleanliness. All the walls, woodwork, cabinets are new and in perfect condition. There is not yet a trail down through the brush to the lake, so lake access is not easy if you hope to fish or to even walk on the lakeshore. It was so nice that they arranged to have a solar eclipse for us, their first renters. I wish they could manage the same for you, but try not to get your hopes up.
