Located on Perdido Bay, this home sits on nearly one acre of waterfront land with a private dock. A dream for those who love to fish or would like to bring their own boat or jet ski.
The beaches of Perdido Key and Johnson Beach, located within Gulf Island National Seashore which is a US National Park, are an easy 10-15 minute drive.
The best of both worlds! Spend the day at the beach and then retreat back to a private home away from the crowds or spend your day on your own private waterfront.
The interior of this recently renovated 2300 sqft. home has a light, bright and breezy coastal feel. The main living space is open with several windows giving lovely views of the water and shoreline. The large, well-equipped and stocked kitchen will appeal to any chef and the ample dining spaces will make for wonderful group meals. You’ll find that the spacious living room, which includes a ping-pong table, will accommodate a large group of people. The screened in porch can lend itself to a relaxing, peaceful quiet place to read or listen to water lap the shore or as a spot to enjoy and have quiet conversations late into the night.
The two larger bathrooms are en suite with walk in showers and the Master Bath has a large, antique soaking tub. Each comfortable bedroom has its own SmartTV (Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc. capable.) These streaming services are not provided, but you are welcome to use your personal
