Villa Blue Kalinda, is the ideal solution if you are looking for a dream holiday in Sardinia
The property is located in the village of Rena Majore, which became famous for hosting the set of the famous film "The Little Mermaid" and enjoys a strategic position a short distance from the Rena Majore beach and the main services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
This villa, arranged all on one level, is characterised by bright interiors, and hosts 4 double bedrooms (which can all become singles if necessary), capable of accommodating up to 8 guests, and 3 bathrooms.
The property also features a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor area is certainly the strong point of this villa, thanks to the presence of a patio that opens onto the surrounding garden, where one can enjoy the tranquillity and the possibility of dining in the open air.
Enriching the villa's offerings is the splendid sea-view solarium where one can relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.
NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer fee
Please note: the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners.

Fantastic villa. Spacious and comfortable even for a big group. Good indoor and outdoor social spaces so doesn’t matter what the weather is there is always somewhere to hang out. My favourite was early mornings on the rooftop terrace enjoying the sun before it got too hot.
Based in a quiet village which has enough facilities you don’t have to travel. I’d still advise a car as there is much to explore in this quieter part of Sardinia.
The company were great and very easy booking procedure - great communication and the rep on site was friendly and efficient. Would use them again.

Beautiful house. Very clean and comfortable. Looks even better in person than in the pictures. We had a great time with our friends. We were 4 couples. Nice little town close to many beautiful beaches and Ferry to Corsica. Air conditioners in every room, nice pool, well equipped.
The only downside will be the garbage disposal, (very complicated and troublesome) specially when you’re on vacation, but I guess that’s the same in all houses in Sardina, so not their fault. I’ll definitely recommend this house.
