My travel group had a great stay for Kentucky Derby weekend. It’s a quiet street with easy parking and just a couple blocks from lots of drinks and dining on Bardstown Rd. Location is also quick to the airport, Churchill Downs and downtown. The house had everything we needed - multiple bedrooms and full baths, open kitchen/den and dining areas to unwind in. Joe was great with making arrival and departure arrangements.
