About this apartment rental
Enjoy a penthouse retreat with breathtaking 180 degree views of the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in comfort. Enjoy your days by the private pool or take just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Located 15 minutes by foot from the center plaza of Sayulita, 5 minutes by golf cart. 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms sleeping 8 guests all have ocean views. Enjoy the open air palapas in the main living area and well equipped kitchen, all while you enjoy the ocean view. The best part, the outdoor space where you can dip in the private pool overlooking the waves roll in, dine al fresca at the table while listening to the jungle sounds, sun bathe on the upper deck and take in all of Sayulita , town and water, or just hang out with a cold drink under the deck.
Primary Bedroom: One king size bed and a lounging area. Opens up directly onto the patio for the ultimate ocean experience. Large Smart TV and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioned and fans for those warm summer months.
Bedroom 2: One king size bed with ocean views. Air conditioned. Attached bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Two queen size beds with ocean views and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioned.
Daily housekeeping is included. And laundry services are available for a fee. The property is monitored by security 24/7. Ample parking is available for your golf cart rental or vehicle in our secure garage with charging capability.
Our property management team is onsite daily from 9-5 to assist you with any issues, questions, or concerns you may have.
Disclaimer: this condo is perched on a hill, this allows for the extraordinary ocean views. All guests must be able bodied to get up steep steps. It’s 100 percent worth it. But it is a lot of steps, ramps, and some elevators. 8 guests maximum. (Babies are exceptions, inquire with host). We have one security camera at the front door and one at the back balcony steps. These will be disabled during confirmed guest stays, unless otherwise requested.

Property was everything in the photos and more! I’ve been coming to Sayulita for years and usually stay on the other side of town but this was a gem and the northside is so much more full of charming restaurants and shops it was great to experience somewhere new in a familiar town. We rented a golf cart for the day and it really made the trip. The staff was amazing and responsive and the view I cannot get over. Stay here!
