Villa Buena Vista (Great view):
It is located in the Higuera Building 5 this very spacious and beautifully decorated penthouse not only has fabulous views but 3 Large Master Bedrooms. (FITS 6 PEOPLE TOTAL) A Palapa roof terrace and bbq area with a jacuzzi overlook the ocean. Primary Master Bedroom has a KING size bed and the other Two Master Bedrooms have two TWINS that can be placed together and form a KING. This PH has a plasma tv with DVD and its own personal WiFi connection for faster internet as well as Beach chairs and beach umbrella. Penthouse.

Front desk Receptionist (9:30 am- 6:30 pm), Caretaker (8 am to 6 pm), Night Guard (7 pm to 7 am) and Property Manager for emergencies available always. This is not something a lot of condominiums offer but we specialize in this. Its a family run business for over 15 years.
FULLY EQUIPPED APARTMENTS in MINT CONDITION All our villas are FULLY furnished and colorfully decorated with A/C and individual washer/dryers in each unit as well as WiFi. Its essentially like having your own apartment but with a lot of the services a hotel offers.
ELEVATORS Each three-story building has its own elevator for easy access to all floors.
AMAZING POOL One of Sayulita’s largest and most blissful pools, which can be heated or cooled depending on the season. We have a kids pool, a circular jetted sitting area and a long Wet Bed area.
EXPANSIVE COMMON AREA This area is truly large, plenty of space for all our guests to sit and enjoy the pool and the sun. A large palapa covered space with beautiful Mexican furniture to lounge. As well as a BBQ/Eating area.

We were in Sayulita for Semana Santa, and the Buena Vista penthouse at Los Almendros was well suited for an enjoyable time. Easy walk into town and to all the beaches, but located perfectly for a little bit of peace and quiet at the end of the day. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and the staff at the property were all very nice and helpful. The pool was a hit with the teenagers, as was the private jacuzzi on the deck of the penthouse. The breezes blew freely through the unit when all of the sliding glass doors were open, which made for very pleasant lounging in the late afternoon and evenings. We stayed 9 days and never felt like we needed a rental car or golf cart. We hiked up to San Pancho (San Francisco) one afternoon, along the beach and through the jungle. A very nice trail and a great way to spend an afternoon.
Vrbo was new for this particular property, so there were some communication issues when we arrived, but those were resolved relatively quickly. The onsite staff were also very responsive to any issues that we encountered.
