The property features a thoughtfully designed layout that distributes living and sleeping spaces across the lower ground floor, main level, and upper floor, ensuring both comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the main level, you will find a generous living and dining room furnished with a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that also includes a dining table, ideal for casual meals. A separate WC is also located on this floor for added convenience.

The lower ground floor hosts 2 bedrooms, each configured with 2 beds and a private bathroom with bath and WC. This floor also benefits from direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, as well as a dedicated living room with a digital TV, making it a self-contained and comfortable space for guests.

The upper floor offers 4 additional bedrooms. The first features 1 french bed and a shower room with WC and hydro massage shower. The following 2 rooms each include 1 french bed and a shower room with bidet and WC. The fourth room on this floor is also appointed with 1 french bed and a shower room with WC. A patio is accessible from this level, complementing the outdoor living experience.
