The apartment is located in an exceptional area, on the fifth and top floor with elevator of a typical Parisian building, rue Ponthieu in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Champs-Elysées and just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe. It boasts an exclusive location and invites you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.
The apartment opens onto a beautiful entrance hall, giving access to all the rooms in the apartment. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a connected TV and a large dining table, to enjoy convivial moments. Opposite, the separate kitchen is fully equipped.
Both bedrooms are spacious and warm, with Queen-size beds, hotel-quality bedding, plenty of storage space and smart TVs. One bedroom also has access to a balcony.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub. The WC is separate.
For maximum convenience, this apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, hospitality products and high-speed wifi.

The apartment was great! The bedrooms were decent sized with comfortable beds and TV’s with plenty of storage. The kitchen was fully stocked and the living room had a huge TV with multiple couches and a dining table. The shower room was large, modern & had plenty of storage. There was an issue with the keys when we arrived, but the host was responsive and assisted in resolving it quickly. The apartment is above a club which stays open until 6 am so Saturday & Sunday mornings there was a lot of noise from the street at 6-7 am. Other than that the area was very quiet. The location was fully accessible to the metro, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend this rental!!!
