Welcome to Poinciana Lodge 203, a stunning two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in the heart of Hamilton Island. This top-floor apartment offers spectacular views of Catseye Beach and the Whitsunday Islands, which you can enjoy from your spacious balcony with an outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
The apartment features a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, or you can dine out at one of the many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment also has air conditioning, ceiling fans, and comes freshly refurbished.
The main bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a King bed that can be made into two singles if you prefer and is serviced by the main bathroom with its own private entry. The apartment can comfortably sleep up to four people, making it ideal for families or couples.
As a guest of Poinciana Lodge 203, you will have exclusive use of a four-seat golf buggy, which you can use to explore the island at your leisure. You will also have access to the lagoon-style pool in the complex, as well as the resort facilities, pools, and Catseye Beach. A valet service will take care of your transport to and from the airport or ferry terminal.

We had an enjoyable stay at Poinciana Lodge, views from the balcony are just beautiful, inclusion of the golf buggy is fantastic (and kinda necessary as Hammo is very hilly and I'm lazy). Apartment is a bit outdated but very roomy and has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Loved having 2 bathrooms for our group. Bed's and pillows were super comfy. Only criticism is toilet paper should be provided for the duration of the stay (perhaps nightly room rate should go up $5 a night or something to make this inclusion happen?). The manager Peter was excellent with communication and airport valet service was well arranged both ways. Brand new Nespresso coffee machine was a lovely bonus!
