Pet Policy
★ Max 2 Dogs per stay
★ 40 lbs or less Max 2 dogs.
★ Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone.
★ Non-refundable $75 fee per dog.
★ No cats allowed.
★ Pet fee is due 48 hours before check in
★ Dog owner is responsible for waste pick up and removal from yard
★ Dogs must be on leash at all times when outside
★ Please be aware of the wildlife surroundings; Home Owner is not responsible for lost or injured pets
★ If cabin is damaged by your dog, which includes, but is not limited to, excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear.
★ No Dogs on furniture
★ We recommend bringing a few old towels with you to wipe off their feet after going outside, especially in the wet months, as Tennessee Red Clay is inevitable.

This stay was amazing! The view is really good, the hot tub and deck. The details were amazing throughout the whole house. Set up really nicely, and the communication with the host was also perfect. Thank you for such a great stay at such a great home!

We had a wonderful girls trip! We enjoyed lots of beautiful views and a very nice house layout. The host provided a nice start of products throughout the home and thoughtful touches. Beds were comfortable and the Kitchen was nicely done!

The views were amazing, and we really enjoyed the grill and outdoor fireplace. Unfortunately, when we arrived the cabin was a mess because a bear had entered through an unlocked deck door. The host was very responsive and quickly sent a cleanup crew, and someone also came out promptly to repair the door locks, which we appreciated.There were a few maintenance issues in the cabin that should be addressed: the bathroom sink for the upstairs queen bedroom did not drain, the upstairs king bedroom toilet kept running due to a flapper problem, the master bathroom counter outlet was not working, and the remotes that control the ceiling lights did not work in the main floor and upstairs bedrooms.Overall, the setting and amenities were great, but some maintenance attention would make the stay much better.
