Welcome to The River House on the Frio River!
Located just up river from the 1050 bridge and Garner State Park, the River House has a main house, guest house, and 2 bunk houses on the Frio River allowing up to 20 guests to stay comfortably and right on the river!
This River House features a main house with 1 Master Bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, a guest house with three bedrooms and and 2 full-baths, and 2 bunk houses. The main house living area features two dining areas, fireplace and living room. The kitchen has 1 full-sized refrigerator/freezers, a gas oven/stove combo, pantry, plenty of cabinetry/storage space and all the utensils, kitchenware and dishes you need. Guest house has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee maker.
The outside patios and outdoor kitchen offers wood fire cooking and gas grill looking directly at the Frio River! The porch is equipped with a outdoor fireplace, plenty of seating, 2 large dining tables.
We allow you to park across the road right on where there is covered parking for 4 vehicles
Guests love our private river access! This keeps you out of the hustle and bustle of the River Road traffic, and only a walking path up and down the hill away from your room to the Frio River!
The river house is pet friendly, we have dogs and we monitor them so they have a great time and do not destroy the place! We are happy for you to bring your pets, however we require a $100 non-refundable deposit for the 1st furry friend. Each additional pet deposit will be refundable after departure upon manager approval. Treat the place and your pets activities as if it were your own!
We offer Smart TVs and high-speed Starlink internet in our home
