About this house rental
La Vida La Frio (The Frio Life) is a large 6 bedroom/4 bath home on the Frio River just south of Leakey. It features a breeze way through the center of the house that allows the wind to flow through to a back covered porch/patio that has tables and chairs set up for your entertaining and relaxation. On the left side of the breezeway is a fully equipped kitchen with a eating bar and dining table. The spacious living room features stained floors, big screen TV, WiFi, and view of the river. The Master bedroom has a king bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. There is an additional king size bedroom on this side of the house. And another bathroom that opens from the hall with a tub/shower combo. Then on the right side of the breezeway are three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king and a twin size bed. The third bedroom has a queen and twin size bed. There is a large bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower with vanity and a separate room for the toilet/ vanity. Also for an additional charge, you can rent the sleeping area upstairs that enters from the outside back porch/patio. This area has an open room with 3 queen and 2 twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A washer and dryer, provided for your convenience. Towels and linens are included for your convenience. There is a deck overlooking the Frio River and a fire pit located on the landing below the deck with an additional patio as well. This home offers excellent place to entertain with family and friends or just sit and enjoy the peaceful setting. Tubing, swimming and kayaking in the Frio River are just steps away. Also enjoy watching the wildlife such as deer, turkey, and birds from the porch and deck. We came out with a few families, all ages from little ones to grandparents, and this place was just right. The house was laid out well, plenty of space for everybody to spread out and still come together. Thoughtful details inside and out made the home comfortable. Great river views and access

Clean, beautiful, the most well appointed kitchen I have ever experienced in a VRBO. TWO fully functional refrigerators. Fantastic custom charcoal grill. Tom Fitzpatrick is a lively gentleman and easy to work with.

We had multiple families and kiddos come together for an enjoyable 3 night stay. The river access was great, very clean, owner is very responsive and the facility was well stocked with everything you would need.

Great location on the river that was perfect for the 6 families that stayed there. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. It was located far enough from the highway where we couldn't hear any vehicles driving by. We loved it and can't wait to go back.
