About this house rental
This lovely cabin sleeps up to 22 people. There are 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, and two futons. The location of the cabin is down river road near the Frio River and close to many local stores. Walking distance to one the most popular restaurant, Hippie chics, as well as the others and public pool. There is big parking for the cabin. The backyards has 3 hammocks, a BBQ pit, two picnic tables, a round fire pit, cornhole, and horse shoe games. The inside of the cabin has two fridges, one microwave, a blender, toaster, etc. We leave bed covers/ sheets at NO EXTRA COST, as well as six towels (body and face). NO PETS!!

Nice property plenty of room to sprawl out, kid friendly trail to walk, nice outdoor table for cookout, good dining room table for card games, plently of bathrooms, nice to have kitchen to prepare food. Easy clean up!

The Hummingbird cabin was great the only problem we had was they only left 6 towels for 17 people and there was very little toilet paper but over all we had a great stay for our family reunion

A group of friends and their kids stayed for a weekend. The host was easy to contact and responded promptly. Check in was very hassle free. When we got in the house we were amazed. The house has plenty of space with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The outside patio and fire pit area was where we spend most of our time when we were at the house. Spacious kitchen with enough appliances to suit our needs. 2 fridges was VERY helpful. Close to the outfitters/general stores. The property next door had some music playing at night but we barely noticed it. There was private access to a trail which was a nice way to start the morning. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and if we choose to return to the area we will definitely try and stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Highly recommend the hummingbird cabin!! It was such a fun time getting together with my brothers and their families. We were able to do our annual early July vacation at the Frio. Although the water levels were too low to float, the owner of the home as well as the employees at Josh’s Outfitters gave us great recommendations to find a place to swim/hang out. It was such an easy process when it came to down to checking in and checking out. Everyone slept comfortably and was able to find the home easily. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The owner communicated with us very well and we were able to communicate with them whenever we needed something.
Again, thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We hope we can one day come back!
