Quakertown Marina, Dunlapsville Boat Ramp, and Whitewater State Park are all located within 8 miles of the lodge. A 14' x 35' parking space allows for boat or RV parking onsite. This fully renovated 3 bedroom property sleeps 9. The first floor is a great open space for entertaining . The primary suite has a full bathroom with a walk in double shower and freestanding tub, providing a relaxing space to unwind. Enjoy modern conveniences like a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi, and commercial 36" gas stove. Ample outdoor space includes two patios and a separate fire pit area for guests.

The Brownsville River Lodge was absolutely charming and in a perfect location for a peaceful getaway. My brother and I grew up visiting family in Brownsville, so we were thrilled to discover this new rental in town. It gave us the chance to show our boys what it was like. They had a great time walking down to the river, hunting for fossils, and fishing. They even managed to catch a small bass! The nearby basketball and pickleball courts, along with the playground just a few houses away, were a bonus for the kids. It’s also just a short drive to town for groceries, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing family dinners. We would highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back next year!

I found this place when I was planning a bachlorette weekend celebration. The Rivertown Lodge caught my eye. It was perfect for us with its large open space. I actually planned our activities around the lodge. The pictures were beautiful, but they do not do this place justice. It is stunning and has such uniqueness. It was so much more than I expected. Several of the girls with us took pictures of the bathrooms to replicate them in their own homes. The house was very clean. It was perfect for us! We would absolutely stay here again!

This house exceeded every expectation!! As beautiful as the photos in the listing are they don’t begin to do this house justice! Extremely modern and something for everyone! Our daughter was swimming at a 3 day meet at Miami University.. the beds were comfortable so she was able to get a good nights sleep. This house has everything for another that forgets small things! Quick and easy backroads drive to Miami. The little town is quiet and calm. Our kids have requested to stay everytime we come back to Miami!

The house was perfect for our stay. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Miami U and to move her out of her house. It’s impossible to find anything in Oxford during such events and are so glad we expanded our search and found this location. An easy 25 minute drive and plenty of room for us to park our truck towing a U-Haul in the front. The insides looked new and were clean. The style is a tasteful modern look but very comfortable. We’ll definitely consider coming back with our boat to explore the nearby lake. Great experience.

Our stay was best described as perfect. The small, quiet town, the GORGEOUS newly renovated property, and the kind and helpful hosts. Everything had a high end and elegant feel about it. The huge doors and windows, the stunning master suite, and the chefs kitchen! We played games in the backyard, ended our first night making a family dinner and watching a movie in the large open living room. The kids enjoined the great board games supplied. Nice soaps, perfectly scented towels, just everything about the property was like being at a resort settled in a very small, country town. Just close enough to some restaurants and shopping but distant enough to get away and relax as a fam! We will be back!!!
