This was a great location close to the Ball State baseball field which was the reason for our visit. It was great that the family memebers were able to all stay together! The rooms were clean and had extra blankets if we needed them. Had great communication with the host and knew if we needed anything else we could contact them.

Our host was very responsive to our questions and made our stay quite comfortable. The house is close to Ball State as well as shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Everything was quite clean and each room was well-appointed.

Everything was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen had great cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a couple quick walks to campus. It was conveniently close, and even though it was always below freezing, still a beautiful campus and very enjoyable and nice to get a walk in.
