The house, which features 4 vacation apartments, is situated right on the beach along the Baltic Sea on a very large property. Here, you can simply relax on the beach, explore the picturesque landscape of the Mönchgut region on a hike or bike ride, or enjoy unforgettable culinary delights at one of the restaurants serving regional cuisine.
For water sports enthusiasts, there’s no better place. If you’d like to get more active and athletic with the water and wind, grab a board, a sail, or a kite, along with a kitesurfing instructor from the nearby surf school, and let yourself be introduced to the fascinating world of kitesurfing and surfing.
The apartment is also the ideal starting point for excursions where unforgettable island experiences await you!
Shopping options in town and in the nearby Baltic Sea resorts of Thiessow, Göhren, Baabe, and Sellin are open for you.
This beautifully situated apartment meets the highest standards and has been tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The lovely non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor and is well-suited for families with children and older guests. With 55 square meters of living space, it offers enough room for 2 adults, 1 child, and a toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The apartment has three rooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bright living/dining area with large windows offers a wonderful view of the spacious garden. The kitchen is integrated into the living/dining area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and many kitchen utensils. The dining area features a solid wood dining table with 4 chairs. The living area is furnished in a country house style and includes a cozy seating area with a couch, a comfortable wingback chair, a sideboard, and a coffee table. The hi-fi system consists of a CD and Blu-ray soundbar and, of course, a Full HD TV. For cooler days, there is a wood-burning stove.

The terrace, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, offers a wonderful view of the garden and the adjacent dune area.
The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with multi-adjustable slatted frames, 7-zone cold-foam mattresses, 2 nightstands, a large dresser, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and is suitable for one person. Both bedrooms can be darkened and are equipped with insect screens. A travel crib (without an extra mattress or bedding) and a high chair are also available.
The bathroom is spacious and modern, equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and towel warmer. Underfloor heating keeps the rooms warm.
All cleaning supplies and equipment, as well as a clothes drying rack, are provided; there is also a rotary clothes dryer in the garden.
In the garden, you’ll also find a barbecue area with patio furniture, and barbecuing is permitted on the apartment’s private terrace as well.
A free parking space is located directly in front of the house.
A bike shed is located on the property.
