Enjoy a peaceful view of the salt marshes, admire the sunset over the Baltic Sea, and unwind in the Sundowner apartment.

Villa Concordia, comprising Houses 1 and 2, is located just 300 meters from the fine-sand swimming beach or 500 meters from the surfing and kitesurfing beach. The Sundowner apartment is located on the 2nd floor of House 2 and offers sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people in its 74 m². Two separate bedrooms provide 4 sleeping spots (1 double bed, 1 pull-out bed that converts to a double), and the sofa bed in the living room can be made up for 2 additional adults.
The cozy couch quickly becomes the favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Other favorite spots can be found on the balcony, in the comfortable reading chairs, or at the dining table while playing games, chatting, or listening to music together. The apartment, furnished in a cozy Nordic style, offers all the comforts of home.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking.
Of particular note is the separation of the toilet (with a sink and mirror, for a quick wash-up) from the spacious bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in, level-access shower. Underfloor heating ensures warm feet, not just during the cold season.

Right next door stands the Lotsenberg hill with an observation tower—the former lighthouse tower. From up there, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, the coasts of the offshore islands, the Bodden, and the Mönchgut Peninsula.

Wir haben unsere Zeit zu fünft (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder unter 6) in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet und besonders liebevoll eingerichtet. Wer auf dem gemütlichen Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nächtigen darf, wird beim ersten Augenaufschlag mit dem Blick aufs Meer belohnt. Der Ort Thiessow ist klein, ruhig und hat dennoch viel zu bieten. Fußläufig ist vieles zu erkunden. Und der Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür.
