Ideally situated close to Centeanes beach and Rocha Brava this villa is great for guests who do not wish to rely on a car.
The villa offers three bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third twin beds. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning for your comfort. The open-plan lounge and dining area are bright and spacious, and has patio doors that leads to a covered exterior lounge area, the garden, and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with doors to the BBQ and an external dining area. Surrounding the house is an attractive mature garden with palms, lawn, and your own outdoor pool. The house is fully gated and there is space for several cars on the private driveway.
Several restaurants, the beach, bars, and small supermarkets can be reached by foot in this popular area of the Algarve.
To access the villa there is a path that is 110cm wide along with 2 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 66cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 300cm wide and there are 2 steps down to the pool area. This pool has steps access. All the bedrooms have a door width of 72cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 62cm.
